What this site is. fantasysportsnett is an editorial guide. We publish descriptions of how hotels and resorts are run. We are not a travel agent, we take no bookings, we hold no reservations and we handle no payment for any stay.

What the descriptions are not. Nothing written here is a judgement of the quality of service at any hotel, an instruction on how to do anything, or a guarantee that an arrangement described on this site will be in place on the day you arrive. Houses change hands, seasons close, chains move addresses and owners rethink how a building runs.

Accuracy. Entries are written from published material and dated with the month we last opened it. We give no warranty that any entry is current or complete, and we accept no responsibility for decisions taken on the basis of what is written here.

External links. Where we link away from this site, the linked pages are not ours and we do not control what they say or how they treat visitors.

Copyright. The text of this site belongs to its authors, and the photographs belong to the photographer who took them. Quote us with attribution and a link; do not republish whole entries or photographs without asking first.

Corrections. Tell us what is wrong through the contact page and we will look at the material again. Corrections are free, and no payment, stay or other favour will buy one, change one or prevent one.

Liability. The site is offered as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this site or from any stay booked with any hotel mentioned on it.

Changes. These terms may be revised. The version published here is the one that applies.

Casino resorts. The Casino Hotels section describes buildings, grounds, kitchens and halls. It does not describe or promote gaming, and it carries no links to gaming sites or applications. Casinos are for adults only. In Canada the minimum age is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Québec; elsewhere it depends on where you are.
